365 Cards - Day 297 - Spring/ Summer Theme
Catchup from two days ago....

365 Cards - Day 298 - 10 Circles
Ok so, it's still catchup, but at least I'm in the right week!
The challenge was to use 10 circles, not overlapping - and I'm a bit taken with that inchies idea from back in October (Day 245, which was the last time I made any cards - about 7 weeks ago). I'm also, as usual, rather taken with using whatever paper's sitting in the top of the box, hence the similarity!
I'm toying with having the vertical space filled with a 'happiness' stamp I've got, but am frightened of ruining it, so maybe not!

365 Cards Day 217 Stamped background
Catch up time again, and working from my brief list again, so when I post this one I might find it's not quite up to challenge! Anyway, what I think I'm supposed to have done in early October for this one is to stamp the background in the same colour as the cardstock.
Which I've done. These are the leftover bits from the cardstock I printed up for the Day 245 Inchie challenge, because I started off thinking I wasn't brave enough to use the Inchie by itself. But when I tried the elements altogether, I ripped off the two layers of matting I'd mounted the Inchie on, cut a new blue one inch centre and added another layer underneath, and hey presto - another challenge card done & dusted!
Same materials used as with Day 245 Inchie card.

365 Cards Day 245 It's a matter of Inches
Today's challenge (and for once it is actually today!) was to use an 'inchie' on your card. What's an 'inchie'? Well it's a one inch square 'topper' that you make in advance (or in my case as you are going along), which you then use on a card.
And being only one inch square, there's an awful lot of card left over! I used a 4"x5" card and there's still a lot of empty space...
Cardstock is that Dutch company's 50cm x 70cm card from Puffin Crafts (you're seeing a lot of it as I bought full sheets and also offcuts from when they'd cut it down to A4 (it's not a standard size). The stamped image is from Inkadinkado's 98852 Spring is Here set (strangely of 'inchies' but I didn't feel like using any of the one inch stamps, just this little one. Ink is VersaColor Indigo, Fresh Green and White. Sentiment is a Hero Arts F4090 Quill Smile.
I embossed the fussy cut birds, using fine embossing powder, but it all went a bit pearshaped and not very embossed at all... Still, it means the uneven coverage on the sentiment fits the slightly distressed appearance chortle.
