365 Cards - Day 167 - GiftWrap

This is also an August challenge - to make a card that looks like a gift wrapped package.
What do you mean you wouldn't put buttons and a gingerbread man on a present? Whyever not! chortle.
Anyway another A6 card using leftover paper from the English Paper Co - the full sheet of green hessian (offcuts were used for the Day 130 Humorous Card), a leftover gingerbread man from the paper mainly used for Day 130 Humorous Card and the buttons/ tartan ribbon on vanilla hessian were leftover bits from the paper used for Day 161 Embellishments card.
So, taking 6x6" paper pages with 1x green hessian, 1x tartan and gingerbread and 1x vanilla hessian with buttons/ tartan ribbon, stars, puddings, hearts, holly etc - I've made 3 separate A6 cards. I am quite pleased with the frugality and the way they turned out! Again 8 of each due to the mix of papers in the two identical packs I bought in the sale at Puffin Crafts. (Go and see the shop if you're in East Dulwich, they might be closing down and have 40% off everything except a few items that have been reduced for a while already).

365 Cards - Day 161 - Collage Embellishments

This is a challenge from August, so getting closer - to have a card that's all collage embellishments. So this is a bit tenuous, however, the basic paper is vanilla hessian with sentiments and the pudding, ivy and button already on it. Another piece of paper has the same elements and also stars and buttons and ribbon. So I fussy cut them out and used foam pads on the elements, and used a row of buttons & tartan ribbon border from that other page. All English Paper Co Christmas pack (same paper range as the gingerbread men).

This time I made 8 cards each from the packs.

365 Cards - Day 130 - Humorous

This challenge is from July, and the card is to be humorous. This is the best I can do, it makes me smile, so that's good enough for me! The paper is English Paper Co again, that Christmas pack, there was a page of gingerbread men on tartan (2 rows) and a page of green hessian, which nicely makes this A6 card.
