365 Cards Day 2 Less Is More

So, no more than two embellishments. Hmm, what's an embellishment? Hopefully the cutout flowers; which are the same so it's one embellishment? but there's three of them?

Not entirely sure why the photo background is purple, it was a white sheet of paper, but the card itself is pretty much the right colour if a little dull & matte.

I used a blank sheet of pastel green paper, and stamped the flowers to create the backing paper and embellishment flowers; inside I flocked the large flower (unseen) and a nice vertical Happy Birthday, which I've just seen will be nicer when I've erased the pencil guide line......
Materials used:
- pastel green plain paper from Dovecraft Value Pack 120gsm
-Studio G black inkpad (gives a nice muted grey tone on matte paper)
- Hero Arts Kaleidoscope Wild Daisy (big flower) and Papermania 2009 Limited Edition Marie Curie Cancer Care (http://www.create-a-card-for-cancer-care.org/) (little flower)
-Caran D'Ache Prismalo I pastel green watersoluble pencil
- Inside Card - Ranger Clear Resist Pad and green Papermania Glitter Flocking Powder with Creative Expressions sentiment
