This is Ivor's new wicker double storey bed, which is an early Christmas present for me (not him obviously that would be silly). It's taken him a while but he likes it when it's raining and I've got the back door open, presumably as it's less draughty but gives an equally good view as his major tripping hazard normal bed at the top of the stairs...
The black furry rat remains intact despite the regular pummelling (thanks for that mum, it's soft all throught so it doesn't matter if I accidentally beat him up with it when playing)

A 'gift show' is essentially a craft show...artists get together to sell their things..it's like a marketplace.
This gift show was different, it was in a finished show home that had not been sold...good advertising for the builders to have a bunch of women going through it, don't you think?
