And today's card (well about 5 days ago, but who's counting) is to have 5 squares on your card. I spent ages and ages printing the light green sugar paper (from that Hobbycraft bargain pack of 500 sheet 9x12 construction paper) with a bargain four spot stamp also from the Hobbycraft easter haul with Versacolour Lime, Fresh Green, Green & Cyan. Then on one half of the paper I overstamped the same stamp with Versacolour White, and the other half with Versacolour Lapis Lazuli. Which gave me a piece of paper with two tones and the same underlying colours. I used the Lapis Lazuli half for the background, and the White half for the squares. And then mounted the squares on little pads to give a bit of dimension. I can't help thinking it probably needs a sentiment up in the top right corner to balance it out, and now I look at it in daylight I've got stray bits of ink from the edges of the stamp all over the place, but other than that, am really happy with it.
It's a 5"x5" card.
